I ordered a bumper and brush guard that were advertised as a direct fit for my 2015 Mercedes G63 AMG. Unfortunately, the bumper I received did not fit my vehicle. A professional repair shop confirmed this and provided a video showing the issue, which I forwarded to the seller along with the shop’s contact information, as requested. Instead of taking responsibility, the seller told the repair shop that the bumper was correct but would need to be modified to fit. That was never mentioned in the listing, and I did not agree to buy a part that required customization. I offered to return the bumper and brush guard and asked for the correct parts. The seller told the shop that they didn’t have the correct items in stock. Despite the incorrect fitment and misleading product description, I was never offered a refund. I’m now stuck with parts I can’t use. The seller showed no accountability and offered no solution to make things right. Because of this, I’ll be filing a formal complaint and leaving this review to warn others. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Ordered 2 aftermarket tail lights for my range rover, the box turned up looking like this, once installed they were defective. After providing the shop with proof via video of the lights not working they stopped replying to any messages and now ebay is unable to compensate or intervene because too much time has passed. Awful experience with both the product and customer service, $500 down the drain.. very untrustworthy seller.

Please beware! I ordered a $7000 Mercedes-Benz G wagon package and upon arrival the hood was dented and they only would be putting on $100 for a $900 cost of a hood. One year later I go to put on my grill that was ordered within the kit finding that parts were missing. They sent only half the parts for an extra fee of $100 that I had to pay! I’m waiting on a response for more than one week with no answer to text or phone calls in regards to the additional parts that were missing. No return phone call. Do not buy from these scammers!

Dave sold me two defective E-bikes and did not replace or repair either of them after saying he would. Save your money and time folks. Both bikes were only able to be ridden for less than six months. And Dave, Please don’t call me and try to persuade me to delete the review again. I gave you a chance the first time I left a negative review; and you convinced me to delete it. People must know these things before they spend money at your store. If you are in the market for an Electric bike, I strongly advise that you go on Alibaba or a similar site to purchase your Electric bikes. Not Dave’s Auto. He will screw you over as he did me. Hope this saves someone the time and money.

It was time for new fenders and numbers on my 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser since I demolished mine while I was off roading. I called here and Shawn was able to order me everything I needed for dirt cheap. When I went to pick them up from his shop a week later he even offered to do the full installation of everything for me also for cheap. I like them. They’re friendly and very warm people to work with. I got hooked up and ended up buying a bunch of LED lighting for my truck also. These guys are A+ I highly recommend all their products and services
